Offering a good level of customer support is very important, and here at Interwatch Security we take this very seriously.
Once you make an enquiry with Interwatch Security you will be assigned with a Project Manager. They will manage your enquiry and be your contact throughout the installation, should you decide to purchase from us. They will ensure the correct equipment is ordered, assist with the configuration of your router, the network and the server. They will arrange the installation and liaise with the engineers. This way you don't have to talk to different people in different departments and explain yourself time and time again. We like to think our customers are looked after.
The Project Manager will supervise the:
Initial enquiry, receiving your information and arrange site visit, (if required) produce the proposal, purchase order, order the equipment, test and configure the equipment, arrange the installation of equipment, testing and go live.
The surveillance software is installed on our server, which is located on the Interwatch Security private network. The network is supported by a leading telephone and broadband supplier in the United Kingdom and the engineers are fully trained and qualified to provide the best level of service. Should a technical issue arise on the network, they will be at hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year in supporting us.
Camera Support and Management
Customers who purchase our Gold package receive full camera support and managment which offers them complete management of their camera. Should their camera detect a failure we are sent an alert and so we can attend to the problem. However, should we be unable to reset their camera remotley we will re-visit their premises to reset and re-configure the camera as part of the service the 'Gold' package offers. Customers who wish to purchase the 'Silver' or 'Bronze' package receive remote camera management only.
