But sharing a virtual PDF printer has always been a bit more complex. ReaSoft PDF Print Server Edition lets admins set up user and group settings to control how users work with the printer. Custom PDF settings, such as security parameters or document processing can be assigned by admins to a group or to an individual user. ReaSoft PDF Printer fully supports Windows Terminal Server and Citrix Metaframe environments.The end users can convert to PDF simultaneously from multiple computers connected on the network. The output is fully configurable. In the special dialog, you can set the document title, subject, author, keywords; add hierarchical bookmarks for document pages; apply watermarks, add headers and footers with data, embed fonts; convert links to PDF hyperlinks, protect the output with 40 or 128 bit RC4 encryption, add printing, copying and modification restrictions and set up other options that you would find in other high-end virtual PDF printer.
