Gov. cand Robert Foraker's (D) campaign headquarters have a continual "aroma of fresh pepperoni pie" lingering in the air. That's because "his campaign headquarters IS a pizzeria." Foraker "who has been a deliveryman for five or six months," "has jumped squarely into what may be the state's most interesting race" of '08. He pledges to "bring Delaware politics back down to earth." When Foraker isn't delivering pies for Marino's Pizzeria, he spends his time "trying to do something about his No. 1 issue -- crime." Sometimes he "hangs around in areas where criminals lurk, tries to gain their trust and "occassionally lights a marijuana cigarette to fit in." He "cruises around with a video camera mounted on the dashboard of his" "two-tone 1993 Pontiac Grand Am," and installs security cameras for individuals. Foraker says his plan for fighting crime "has some similarities to George Orwell's vision," and consequently, he has acquired the e-mail address: BigBrotherDelaware@gmail.com.

Foraker "says he represents the little guy," and isn't deterred by the fact that unlike LG Jack Carney (D) and Treas. Jack Markell (D) he "hasn't graduated from high school or college."
