Print2PDF 7.0 Server Edition enables workgroups to convert output from any application that can print to an Adobe PDF or ISO 19005-1 PDF/A file.
New features in version 7.0 include: PDF/A-1b support for compliance with standards for long term archive, 64-bit support for Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition, Windows Vista x64 Edition and Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, web linearization (fast web view) for effective PDF distribution on the web, integration with the Windows Certificate store provides easy access to digital certificates, custom profiles for business specific PDF creation rules, embedding of PostScript (Type 1) fonts, CCITT image compression, and more.
Print2PDF 7.0 Server Edition provides users with the ability to create, merge, and sign PDF documents using a digital signature, while retaining control over document changes and content extraction using 128-bit RC4 PDF security permissions. Administrators can set up default settings and profiles to control exactly how PDF files are created within their organization, as well as decide if Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer integration is available. Integration with Microsoft Word 2000, 2002, 2003, and 2007 provides one-click PDF creation with bookmarks, hyperlinks, table of contents, and metadata.
Print2PDF Server Edition provides easy software distribution through a network shareable print driver using Windows 2000, XP or 2003. Organizations can further reduce administration costs by centralizing PDF creation on Terminal Services or Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server. Print2PDF 7.0 Server Edition’s shareable printer distribution method allows sharing one server license on multiple servers connected in a server farm.
Print2PDF Server Edition pricing starts at $299.95 for a 10-user license. Unlimited user pricing is $5,999.95. Single user licenses and third-party developer support is available.
