South America (January 24, 2007) – For former practicing criminal attorney turned author, W.G. Van Dorian, the news of plans to build Europe’s biggest mosque beside the London 2012 Olympic Park, confirmed what he has feared all along – the intent of radical Islamists to gain a majority and ultimately control of the world’s powers.
During the years of his legal practice in The Netherlands, Van Dorian often heard statements from his clients, many of whom were accused of terrorist acts, of how they intended to take over, by force if necessary. He recalls one particular client, who in a tirade, screamed and yelled about how Islam would change everything once there were enough of them to attack the system.
“Not all members of the Muslim religion feel this way and it would be terribly unfair to put them all under that umbrella.” Van Dorian states, “There are those who truly want to live in a peaceful world and who practice those beliefs. It is the radical members that we need to worry about. For example, Tablighi Jamaat, the sect behind the mosque is purported to have ties to terrorism. They have been under Western security scrutiny since 9/11. So why is their proposal even being entertained? It just doesn’t make sense.”
Van Dorian warns, “This is one of the many ways in the radical Islamists’ influence will eventually start to dominate western culture. The goal of every religion was and is: world domination and/or conversion. This is practised in such a fanatic way that often it's either convert or die. 500 years ago this was Christianity's way. Now it's the turn of Islam. Unfortunately, some members of this religion are very aggressive and we, in our day and age in which this is taking place, will be the South American Indians during the Spanish crusades, of our time. We have to thank our over eagerly Human Rights systems for that. They paved the way for the utmost tolerance in which we will have to drown now.”
What are the implications of all this? For Van Dorian, who after witnessing terrorist acts in his native Netherlands, left the country so that he could write without fearing repercussions for exercising his freedom of speech, one thing is clear, his fictional thriller, The Invisible Invasion, in which an extremist group plots to take over the world bit by bit, is slowly taking form as our future.
Given that Van Dorian’s actual experiences formed the basis for his book, and we are now witnessing the reality his book is becoming, we should all be very concerned.
