November 13, 2006 – Raleigh, NC – Douglas Erwin, Chairman and CEO of The Planet/EVIServers, and Lee Palles, COO for Hatteras Investment Partners, have joined the InfoStrength board of directors.
Prior to joining The Planet/EVIServers, Mr. Erwin orchestrated the startup and eventual sale to Hewlett Packard of Blade technology pioneer, RLX Technologies. Prior to RLX, Mr. Erwin co-founded and served for five years as Chairmen and CEO of PentaSafe Technologies, overseeing its development into a recognized leader in integrated security management solutions and spearheading growth until its 2002 acquisition by NetIQ Corp.
Mr. Palles is the former CEO of nTouch Research, a pharmaceutical services company, and has served in executive roles with numerous successful entrepreneurial technology companies such as NetEdge Systems, Inc. and Q+E Software, Inc. Mr. Palles is a certified public accountant and a former United States Olympian.
