Fresh off an extensive consumer research project, Distinctive Technologies determined the current computer support model continues to be ineffective, creates satisfaction problems and does not provide the type of service customers expect. Addressing the need for a “Total PC Care” product, PC Pinpoint will now provide resolution for all problems including software, hardware, virus, spyware, internet or any consumer electronic device that attaches to a users computer.
