Never use your own cash to buy real estate - the secret to buying real estate using a new business
line of credit. Here is the secret about using credit instead of cash that will change your life.

Everyone knows that if you get a loan or credit card in your personal name, that activity gets
reported to the 3 major credit bureaus.

2. Transunion
3. Equifax
And this money you borrow shows up on your
personal credit report. The more money you owe on your personal credit
report, the lower your credit score will be. If you owe to much money on
your credit report, you will have such a low credit score that you will have terrible credit.
You have not done anything wrong. You have not missed a payment. You simply have a lot of debt
showing up under your personal name and social security number. But that is all it takes to ruin
your credit score.
