On Monday Nov 14th 2005, Christina Keeling, APSI’s CEO and Director of Sales will cut the ribbon for the official Grand Opening of the company’s latest endeavor into the world of Biometric Technology & Personal Security Products. One of the first retail stores of it’s kind. City officials and local developers will be on hand to support the new retail store.
The downtown Clearwater “State of the Art” showroom represents another milestone in the company’s five year growth. From products designed to enhance the world of government/corporate safety and security to the burgeoning market of today’s technology savvy consumers. “The new showroom will allow us to expand our capability to provide leading edge solutions to protect property, confidential data and most importantly, the people who live and work in the Tampa Bay area.”
Florida is becoming one of the fastest growing biometric development areas in the US. With companies like CrossMatch and EKey consistently providing advancement’s in consumer friendly Biometrics, Tampa Bay is the place to be. Close proximity to DOD’s Virginia based Biometric Fusion Center ensures we are close to the action and expertise.
Downtown Clearwater is undergoing exciting changes and growth. With at least five new luxury condominium developments the downtown core is ready for high-end boutiques and specialty shops. Many of the best restaurants in Clearwater are located in walking distance to the area. The new bridge is making access here easier then ever.
The store, across from the Cleveland St. Post Office, is described by customers as "an incredible transformation." The old jewelry and pawnshop is nowhere in sight. The interior, with its smooth honey maple walls, brushed steel columns and streamlined zinc trim, is contemporary and clean. The 1600 square-foot interior, carefully lit with its sleek flexrail halogen lighting and obsidian ceilings, hand poured & colored, concrete floors are accented with original art work, has the industrial feel of a metropolitan city loft.
