Creditech Inc, a third party collection agency is doing some illegal activity.

Welcome to the newest website on the Internet - welcome to the official launch of Creditechsucks.com, an official website against the way Creditech currently operates and manages its collection accounts.
Many people around the world have been complaining that Creditech, located in Bangor Pennsylvania has been violating the FDCPA (Faid Debt collection practice act). They have been trying to make innocent people pay for collection accounts that do not belong to them. According to Vivian Moyer of Creditech it is 100% legal for a collection agency to still collect on accounts they know aren't legit. Jon C, a 30 year old resident of Jacksonville Florida has a legit complaint. In April he contacted creditech by mail indicating that he never was seen by their client, he went onto say that the social security numbers dont even match and to return the collection account back to the client. On August 10, 2005 Vivian Moyer responded and told him that he was SOL and that they (CREDITECH) was allowed to collect on this account regardless of his dispute because there client - South Hills radiology is verifying the debt via another collection agency. How is this possible? Collection Agencies like Creditech need to be checked out by the government because of illegal practices.
