Lockspam Pro 3.0 guards your Mail Box with high safety. An incoming mail will be screened through Allowed List > Allowed Keywords > Blocked List > Blocked Keywords. Gray mail that cannot be told as good mail or spam will be with the following four advanced Filtering Processes.
Polesoft Security Pack
Virus Spam or Spam Virus are rampant lately, so Polesoft makes Security Pack available. The Security Pack contains pattern files of recent virus attachments and those scanned by Anti-Virus products. So if any attachment matches the pattern files, the message will be regarded as spam message and sent to Polesoft Lockspam folder.
Polesoft Behavior Pattern Recognition*
Spammers are always dishonest with their mail header. Sometimes they use fraudulent information or leave no information at all to try to cover their tracks. However, this suspicious behavior cannot get away with in when Lockspam Pro is guarding your mail box. Polesoft Behavior Pattern Recognition engine will be checking the mail header to see if it is a fraudulent header. If so, the mail will be regarded as spam.
Polesoft Beneficiary Black List*, and
BBL, Polesoft Beneficiary Black List is a list of URLs which are linking back to the beneficiary of spamming. Usually, these beneficiaries of spamming are companies or individuals that choose a wrong way to advertise. Their mails always have links inviting readers to pay a visit to their websites, with is a fixed one. Polesoft collects these vicious links from users and other sources and constantly updates this listing, so that mail matches the list will be regarded as spam. to help users fight spam much more effectively.
Polesoft Beneficiary Black List will be comparing the hidden URLs in the mail body to its long lists of spamming Beneficiaries. If the URL matches, the mail shall be classified as spam.
Polesoft Anti-spam Engine
Last but not least, the heuristic Polesoft Anti-spam Engine will be screening mail body with its unique and complicated Bayesian Algorism. This Polesoft unique Anti-spam Engine is based on Bayesian filtering algorism can effectively screen out spam.
