Invoice! 2002 ‘Invoicing Made Easy’
BLS Software has released Version 3.0 of Invoice! 2002™ , a Windows application that makes it easy for small businesses to keep track of customers, invoices, purchase orders, and inventory. Unlike complicated, bulky programs that require users to be accounting experts, Invoice! 2002™ is designed for business people who need to quickly and easily invoice customers and track inventory.
Creating an invoice takes only a few moments. You can add customers and products to your database on the fly, as you're creating a new invoice. It's easy to process discounts on individual items, as well as discounts on entire orders. You can preview invoices, and send them to your customers via printer, fax, or e-mail. Invoice! 2002™ lets you print addresses directly onto envelopes, or create mailing labels for a batch of invoices.
Invoice! 2002™'s built-in reports make it easy to look at your receivables and inventory from a company-wide perspective, as well as to quickly identify trouble spots. There are preformatted reports that support everybody in the company: Sales people can see their sales history, business managers can look at picklists and low inventory reports, and tax accountants can look at monies owed to the government. You can even mail, fax, or e-mail invoices, credit memos, purchase orders, and billing reports to your customers.
Backup and restore functions are integrated into the program, making it easy to create on-site backups as well as off-site security copies of valuable accounting data. As you enter information, the program automatically saves it, freeing you from worries about power failures.
Setting up your company information is simple. You can easily enter information about vendors, sales representatives, customers, tax options, default labor costs, inventory override levels, and other key data that affect each business differently. Information can be easily imported into Invoice! 2002™ from other databases, or exported from Invoice! 2002™ into spreadsheets or external databases for further analysis.
