QMailFilter is an Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus filter for incoming emails. It is an easy-to-use Microsoft Outlook add-on designed to provide an advanced intelligent protection against spammers, viruses, unsolicited emails and dangerous HTML code (Web-bugs). The program uses Bayesian filtering technology that identifies about 99% of incoming spam messages. QMailFilter seamlessly integrates into the MS Outlook workspace, scanning and quarantining away junk emails; caught spam is placed in a special 'Spam' and 'Virus' folder under your inbox.
QMailFilter is the intelligent protection from unwanted messages, advertising emails and viruses. On the basis a preset data base it filters spam and virus-suspicious emails directly with the receipt and sorts it in a special spam and virus folder.
Advertising emails are examined on the basis of words contained in it; depending upon how many from Advertising emails and from normal emails well-known words in a email seem, a probability in % is assigned to this email.
QMailFilter enables users to run and manage their friends and enemies lists, build their own filters or set it to block any messages written in unsolicited emails.
QMailFilter supplied with "before-trained" filter (data base). The basic data base contains characteristics from approx. 10,000 classified advertising emails as well as from 1,000 classified normal emails.
After the installation of QMailFilter with your personal post inbox "is trained", thus the recognition ratio is drastically increased. By this "training" the word speaking and expression style of your received emails is contentwise analyzed; with the result that the filter criteria are permanently optimized.
The large advantage of a self learning (trained) filter is that each user possesses another (own) Mailfilter. For advertising senders it will thereby increasingly more difficulty to adapt its emails in such a way that these are not recognized and segregated by the receiver.

Extended new mail notification dialog. The new mail notification opens only on non-spam emails and displays more details on new emails.
Auto sort emails. Automatically moves emails to existing email folders, for example all newsletters can be moved into a special folder without creating rules. Auto looks which emails are in existing folders and automatically moves emails from the same sender to the same folder.
Hit rate of the Spam and virus filter directly with the receipt of emails:
- Hit ratio for the recognition of virus emails: 99%,
- Hit ratio for the recognition of advertising emails 90-99% with a minimum error rate.
